桑枝味微苦性平,具有祛风除湿、通利关节的作用;牛大力能补虚润肺、强筋活络;而老鸡则可以温中益气、益精填髓。由于桑枝稍有苦涩味,为了中和苦味增加口感,加入两颗蜜枣。
做法
牛大力和桑枝清洗一下,不需要泡;老鸡如果觉得肥腻的话,可以把皮和肥油去掉,然后汆水。
材料备好之后,就可以将它们全部放进汤煲里面,加入适量的水,大火煮开再转小火煮1个小时左右就可以了。
这个汤适合于平素痰多、汗出黏腻、腰酸沉重不适、关节活动不利、机体湿气偏重的街坊饮用。
